All Guarantors are the members of the System and being registered in different jurisdictions keep valuables of different legal nature. The specifics of operations related to property rights to valuables held by the Guarantor, the unit of the amount of property rights as well as the Guarantor’s obligations to exchange the property rights for the currency applicable in the Guarantor’s jurisdiction are stated in the Agreements accepted by each member of the System who registers the requisite for volume accounting of the property rights (WebMoney Purse) with the Guarantor.
